today hav a kinda funny leader training after skul ..b4 tat i still wondering whether wanna go or nt ..for i hav no transport to back home if i attend the traning ..BT! i felt so lucky for still got go !! thanx meiqian 4 fetching me home !! every leader attend this traning ..yaozhong yongsheng yizhong meiqian huiqin jiamin shuyi n me ..wif 2 trainer zhikang & poming ...first ..we have our jogging ..its quite exhausting for me ~

then .. footdrill again ..the 1st time i'm in an enjoying mood during footdrill session ! its quite enjoyable ..
